Whispering reeds

The wind breathes a story over the whispering reeds

‘Whispering reeds’ is a new series in the gallery ‘Untouched land‘. Some of the photos in this new series were first part of the series ‘Beyond the horizon‘.

It is a series of abstract, minimalist and impressionist landscapes, made around the lakes in North Jutland, Denmark.

In fact, North Jutland is an island. It is separated from the rest of Jutland by the Limfjord, a lake that stretches from the North Sea to the Baltic Sea, and that has an open connection with both. There are also many more relatively small other lakes in North Jutland, with beautiful rolling landscapes around them, which are often enchantingly colored by the Nordic light.
